We prefer you place orders on our web site to insure accuracy and for the most secure payment and fastest processing. This is quickest for you - order any time you wish - our web site never closes! And, it's quickest for us too!

We use Paypal in our shopping cart as It is the safest and most secure method for you to place an order using your major credit card or e-check. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to shop with us online. If you pay with an E-check it will delay your order 4-10 days while the funds clear.

Why do you encourage online orders ?

Online orders are processed through our shopping cart which automatically:

• emails a receipt
• emails online tracking information when your order ships so you can track your delivery
• automatically generates a shipping label so there is never a mistake with your address
• links with Paypal and offers 'buyer protection' coverage

Orders placed online allow us to be efficient, quick and limit errors!

Please Check your Delivery Address!

• Changes and updates may be made to your shipping address in your Paypal account during check out
• Once you confirm and complete payment NO CHANGES to your ADDRESS can be made
• Why can't we change your address after the order is confirmed? It's credit card fraud if we send your items to an address other than the one shown on your invoice. If we send the item to another address it can void your buyer protection and insurance
• Online orders will receive an automated email notification of shipping with tracking information

Order Processing and Shipping Times

• Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed by noon pacific time will usually ship on the next shipping day. Example: Orders placed by noon Friday usually ship on Friday, orders placed after noon on Friday will ship the next Monday. This means MOST orders will ship within 2 business days
• If you fail to order the minimum quantity on bulk discounted products your order will be delayed and you will be invoiced for the difference
• Orders may be delayed if we are out of stock of an item

Domestic Delivery

• All U.S. orders ship via US Postal Service Priority, 3-5 days in transit
• Need it FAST? Upgrade to Express Mail, domestic US 1-2 days in transit, guaranteed, signature required
• Most orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt, though this can vary due to holidays or product availability
• If you have a deadline, please advise us. Express shipping is recommended
• Delivery times do not include time to process or package your order
• We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages

All payment forms are subject to verification and review. Henna Caravan reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
