Please Check your Delivery Address!
Please double check that your address is correct when in the check out process. Sadly, each week we have several customers whose orders are shipped to old or inaccurate addresses. Please don't let this happen to you!

1. Changes may be made to your shipping address in your Paypal account during check out. If you can't make the changes in your account, please include a note in the 'notes' section when you check out AND send an email too. This is the only way we can make sure your order is re-routed. Even if you send an email after your order is placed it does not guarantee your order will be successfully re-routed as we use an automated shipping system for our labels.
2. You will recieve an email invoice from Paypal showing the address the order is to be shipped to. Please double check the address.
3. You will also recieve a confirmation email from Henna Caravan notifying you we have recieved your order and remind you to double check your shipping address.
4. When your package ships, you will recieve an automated notification of shipping with tracking information. Please check where your package is headed.

Unfortunately even with all these steps in place we still hear from customers that their order was shipped to an old address. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned to Henna Caravan by the postal service. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.

Payments

Free online tracking! We prefer Paypal. It is the safest and most secure method for you to place an order using your major credit card or e-check. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to shop with us online.

*If you pay with an E-check it will delay your order 4-10 days while the funds clear.

Phone Orders

Phone orders are NOT our preferred method. For fastest response and shipping times please submit an order via our online shopping cart, Email or Fax. We are full time artists and suppiers and can not always answer every phone call. This can cause a delay in placing and shipping your order. For the most efficient service please use another method.

Delivery Problems

If you have had problems receiving your mail we recommend adding insurance or confirmation delivery and tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Missing Package
Notify us if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks. If the package is undeliverable it will be held at your local post office for 2 weeks for you to pick up in person. After this time it is returned to us. Please have email address and date the order was placed available so we may look up your details if the there is a problem. Missing orders can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

Bad Address
Please double check that your address is correct. You are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

If we misaddress a package
If we make a mistake on the shipping address we will repack it with fresh henna products and reship the package at our expense.

Shipping Refund
Shipping charges are not refunded if you cancel an order after it has shipped, refuse, or supply a bad address. A 10% restocking fee may be charged on any returned orders.

Orders are generally shipped Monday - Friday to insure freshness via US Postal Service. Our goal is to ship each order within 2 business days!

Telephone Orders are not as efficient as other methods. We prefer you place orders via email, fax, or on our website.

Every effort is made to maintain a complete stock of inventory, however periodically items may be unavailable.
