At this point we are not limiting the number of attendees, we should be able to accommodate everyone interested

Confirmation and Updates To reserve your space, please send a $50.00 deposit, refundable if you cancel before October 1, 2008. Final payment must be made in full by October 1, 2008 or we can not guaranted your space. Once deposit is recieved we will add you to the mailing list so you can recieve updates and details. DO NOT SEND VIA PAYPAL. SEND A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PLEASE so we can avoid the paypal fees and make sure each dollar goes toward the event.
Accommodations:

We have limited space at Henna Caravan Headquarters. A few beds, a few blow up mattresses and lots of floor space. FLOOR IS FULL

There are affordable local hotels within a few miles for the more discerning henna explorers in need of a little luxury.

Fees:
  • $200.00 for all 3 days
  • Includes all workshops, class supplies, craft supplies, henna, all meals, all the henna you can use in the 3 days on yourself or others

Conference / House Rules

This is a Non Smoking, non perfume househould
Please apply your glitter and lemon sealant or spray outside
Unfortunately we can not accommodate children or your little dog at this conference

Nearest freeway offramp:
Camarillo is nestled in a valley along the coast of the beautiful Pacific Ocean close to US Highway 101 at Santa Rosa road Exit. About 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles, 40 miles southeast of Santa Barbara, midway between Ventura and Thousand Oaks
Weatther will be warm, cold, sunny, foggy, dry and windy, and occasionally some drizzle.

AIr Travel

There are several airports to choose from when making travel arrangements.

Santa Barbara and Burbank airports are small and EASY and a quick 45 minute scenic drive through Southern California. LAX is a large and busy international airport in Los Angeles. The airfare may be a bit cheaper but keep in mind you will have to battle city traffic.

Shuttle service door to door LAX to Camarillo is $128 for 2 people round trip. Or $168 for 4 people

If you're flying in to Oxnard CA, let us know ahead of time and we'll pick you up!!
It’s strongly recommended to coordinate with other henna trekkers, we will try to help you coordinate your schedule.
