Where

Camarillo, California 93012
Camarillo is nestled in a valley along the coast of the beautiful Pacific Ocean close to US Highway 101 at Santa Rosa road. 60 miles north of Los Angeles, 40 miles southeast of Santa Barbara.
This conference is held at our home to allow maximum learning, chatting, sharing and decorating.

Climate

Weather will be warm, cold, sunny, foggy, dry and windy, and occasionally some drizzle.

We are near the coast so we have cool/cold nights and possibly warm/hot or cool days in October. Bring layers and a pair of flip-flops

AIr Travel

There are several airports to choose from

Oxnard airport is about 15 minutes from us, let us know ahead of time and we will pick you up!
Santa Barbara and Burbank airports are small and EASY and a quick 45 minute scenic drive through Southern California.
LAX is a large and busy international airport in Los Angeles. The airfare may be a bit cheaper but keep in mind you will have to battle city traffic.

Van/Bus shuttle information from Santa Barbara, Burbank and Los Angeles airports. Shuttle service door to door LAX to Camarillo is $128 for 2 people round trip. Or $168 for 4 people: http://www.rrshuttle.com/Home/default.aspx

Train Schedules from Burbank Airport to Camarillo, $14 each way: http://tickets.amtrak.com

It’s strongly recommended to coordinate with other henna trekkers, we will try to help you coordinate your schedule. We can not pick you up from LAX or Burbank as we will be busy preparing for the fun!

Conference / House Rules

Non Smoking, non perfume, non incense, drug free household
Apply glitter and lemon sealant or spray outside
Unfortunately we can not accommodate children

We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the event at any point if we determine that person is disruptive in any way.

This may include rude or abusive behavior, being sick or contagious, using or possessing illegal drugs, theft, bullying, or being generally disruptive or disrespectful of instructors or other attendees.

We want to ensure everyone has a fun, productive and safe weekend, you will be asked to leave the conference if we feel there is a problem. Please consider yourself warned.

After attending/hosting many conferences we have had the unfortunate experience of being at events that were disrupted due to single individuals. To ensure that everyone has the best, safest and most enjoyable experience we will simply remove any person we deem may cause an issue or be disruptive to the group environment.

Workshops and Classes may be adjusted based on attendees needs and experience level. Below is a very rough guideline. Classes will be separated into beginner and advanced sections.
